Ernest Chitumwa Mwansa
An Advocate of the High Court for Zambia with over 38 years of experience in law, governance and public service. He holds an LLB (1986) and an LLM in Constitutional Law (2014) from the University of Zambia, with postgraduate diplomas in Public Health and International Health from the Nordic School of Public Health, Sweden, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His practice spans litigation, constitutional, corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, labour and pension law, and international trade. He has served on the Mwanakatwe Constitution Review Commission, as Spokesperson for the Technical Committee on Drafting the Zambian Constitution, as a Deputy Minister and as a Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
